Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 9

Ingredients

4 apples, diced

2 oz butter, melted

2 oz sugar

1 oz brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1 egg, beaten

3 large puff pastry sheets

¼ tsp salt

Directions

Whisk white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter, together. Place the apples in a baking dish and coat them with the mixture. Place the baking dish in the Air fryer, and cook for 10 minutes at 350 F.

Meanwhile, roll out the pastry on a floured flat surface, and cut each sheet into 6 equal pieces. Divide the apple filling between the pieces. Brush the edges of the pastry squares with the egg.

Fold them and seal the edges with a fork. Place on a lined baking sheet and cook in the fryer at 350 F for 8 minutes. Flip over, increase the temperature to 390 F, and cook for 2 more minutes.
