Ingredients:
Endives - 4, trimmed and halved
Salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil - 1 tablespoon
bacon - 2 tablespoons, cooked and crumbled
nutmeg - ½ teaspoon, ground
Directions:
Place the endives in your air fryer’s basket, then add the salt and pepper to taste as well as oil and nutmeg; ensure to toss gently.
Cook at a temperature of 360 o F for 10 minutes.
Cut the endives into different plates, then sprinkle the bacon as toppings, and serve.
