white wine-1 cup




Mix duck bosoms with white wine, soy sauce, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper in а bowl; hurl well and refrigerate for 1 day.



Transfer duck bosoms to your preheated air fryer at 350 °F and cook for 10 minutes; flipping midway.



On the other hand; pour the marinade in а skillet, and warmth up to over medium warmth, include margarine and sherry; mix, bring to а stew, cook for 5 minutes and remove the warmth.



Share duck bosoms on plates; spread the sauce all finished and serve.
