Directions:

Start by warming а skillet with the olive oil over medium warmth, incorporate shallot; blend and cook for 5 minutes;



Include sugar and plums; at that point mix and cook until sugar breaks up.



Add stock and wine; mix, cook for 15 minutes; remove the warmth and keep warm for the time being.



Season duck bosoms, with salt and pepper, rub with liquefied spread, move to а heatproof dish that accommodates your air fryer, include star anise and plum sauce,



Introduce duck bosoms into your air fryer and cook at 360 °F, for 12 minutes.
